5 simple steps to becoming an Avon Sales Leader

1. Log in to your existing Avon account.
2. Hover your mouse over the "opportunities" tab in the white bar.
3. A drop down box will show with a list of options, click "interested in Sales leadership".
4. A new page should open.
5. In the middle of this page, press "select" and choose the option "to become a trainee sales leader".

This puts your application in to Avon and you will hear back via an email within 24 hours.

Once you have followed the 5 simple steps above you will receive a call from your up-line Sales Leader or Area Sales Manager.  They will be there to support, train, coach and develop you to become a successful Sales Leader with Avon.
