Avon restructure of UK Senior Regional Managers
Dear all,
As you may know, we have been reviewing our global and UK business over the last nine months to ensure that we have the right structures in place to build a strong foundation for growth. I have taken the opportunity to review the UK senior field leadership team structure; as part of this review we are proposing that we move from four Regions to two Regions managed by two Senior Region Managers. Having two Regions will also help us to work more consistently and we believe that this is what is needed to help drive the business forward.
Appointed into the new Senior Region Manager roles are Paul Stephens, currently working across the Region driving Sales Leadership and Nuno Vicente, currently Region Manager for the North East. Both have excellent field experience and will be instrumental in helping us grow the business through Sales Leadership and continuing to focus on the Area Manager and Sales Leader partnership which I know will go from strength to strength.
At this moment in time, we have not worked through the logistics of which Division will sit within each Region and what those Regions look like but I hope to be able to confirm this soon.
I am delighted to say that Sally Pay, Eastern Region Manager, Pauline Dudgeon,
Western Region Manager and Karen Connor, Northern Region Manager have decided that they would like to stay on and be part of the Division Sales Manager team and I know that with their experience they will be a great asset to the UK team. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sally, Pauline and Karen for their leadership and for their ongoing support as we look to the future.
I do not plan to make any other changes to the structure in the near future and I am confident that we have the right people in the right roles to help you drive your business forward as one team with one goal.
