The partnership will see mum-of-two Karren take on a mentoring role, drawing on her energy, dynamism and wealth of experience to motivate and mentor Avon Representatives, whilst also sharing business insights and practical advice in order to help the self-employed direct sellers drive and grow their own businesses.
