A mother of three who grew her direct sales business from zero to a £6 million turnover in nine years has written a book she hopes will inspire entrepreneurial mothers wanting to gain financial independence by working from home.

Gail Reynolds discovered the direct selling industry at a time of her life when she was running low on money, choices and prospects.

Seeing the chance to run a simple business from home and take charge of her life, she was determined to use the opportunity to provide a better future for her children.

Today she is one of Avon’s top leaders and heads a 2,500 strong team of self-employed representatives.
