What an event that was!

I have been to many many Avon conferences over my 13 years as a Sales Leader but this was just amazing. All be it a small gathering of Avon Leaders it still had a 'punch' to it!  This years Avon conference 2015 Leadership Live was set up as a Regional event rather than a national one.  But the evening meal was intimate with around 60 leaders attending this invite only event.  Those that attended we were made to feel very special, with recognition for a few of us in the room.

Brian and I have achieved the car of our choice for our 6th consecutive year, making the Audi Q5 ours to keep this year! Alongside my Mercedes from 2013.

Believe it or not this means we are up for a BRAND NEW 3RD car next year! And I am just blown away by the prospect of having another car on the drive in 2016.

It also looks like I will need to buy a new dress for next years event too 🙂

We finished our evening in the hotel lobby with team members and friends.

The next day we were up for breakfast courtesy of Avon and off to Cheltenham Race course for a day of training and more recognition.

After waking up for breakfast and setting of to Cheltenham race course we were all in for a treat.  Coffee on arrival and an amazing hub of Avon products were set up for us to see.

Not only that we got to take home some of Avons brand new products for us to demonstrate and use with our very own teams and customers....

The gifts and goodies just kept coming!

For the majority of the day recognition was announced and many leaders in the room were rewarded for all their hard work during the year

Now, for any parents out there, you have to admit that when your kids do something you're proud of you want everyone to know about it!.  Well that is just what happened with my daughter Libby.  She was called up on stage not once but twice for her achievements after just 6 campaigns in the Avon leadership business. We are so proud of what she has achieved and it just proves that with hard work and determination anyone can achieve BIG things in the Avon business, even young 18 year old entrepreneurs!

We also had the pleasure of watching another team member Shilpa be announced and recognised for her hard work in her leadership business too.

The day couldn't have gone any better apart from having more of Team GBR there with us to celebrate our year as a team.  But, watch this space, who knows what's coming for 2016!
