This shows what Campaign you can order in as well as how many days are left in this

 

Pending Orders:

This shows if you have any pending orders. Click on the ‘Click here’ to complete your

 

Returns and Replacements:
This shows if you have any pending credits and / or replacements.

 

Account Balance:
This shows the balance due on your account

 

Alerts:
This shows if there are any new messages. Click to view.

 

My Team Office – Select a Representative
 

 

How to select a representative
Enter the name or account number of the Representative whose website you wish to view

 

 
Click ‘Submit’

 

 
You are now looking at the selected Representatives website.

 

What you would expect to see in My Team Office – Your Team’s Orders
 

 

Not Placed an Order:
the current Campaign.
This shows you a list of all Representatives who have not yet submitted an order for

 

All Orders:
Campaign.
This shows
down boxes at the top of the page
you a list of all Representatives who have submitted an order for the currentAll reports are defaulted to the current Campaign. You can change the Campaign by using the drop

Representative information is split into columns and each column can be filtered by clicking on the

Leads:

This shows all of the Leads that have applied via your Sales Leader Personal Recruiting Page.

 

Quick Reference Guide for step by step instructions on placing an order.
Allows you to place a personal order.

 

Please see the Representative eSales SuiteOrder Tracking:
numbers; print extra return forms and view your invoices all within the last 5 campaigns.
Shows all orders placed within 5 campaigns. You can also see the order confirmation

 

dates for 5 campaigns.
Shows you the days your orders are due to be placed as well as delivery

 

Account Balance:
Shows the most recent activity on your account within the last 5 campaigns.

 

Make a Payment:
Redirects you to the secure Barclay card payment site.

  • Login to your Avon account
  • Click find a representative either by using their last name or account number
  • A list of Avon team members may appear, so simply click the team member you need and you are now logged into their personal Avon account

  • Login to your home page
  • Go to my team office and click on reports
  • A list of reports will appear, click the one you are interested in and view your report

The PRP is free to all sales leaders that want to start promoting their Avon business and advertising their personal page.

This is also the place you gain access to your BAR (Become an Representative) form too.

The BAR form is essential to your Avon Sales leadership business because it is your unique URL to your personal leads.

 My 3 top tips for using the PRP and getting the most from your BAR form

  1.  Upload a recognisable image and make sure it is as professional as you can get it. (your readers need to instantly recognise you)
  2. 1st impressions count so make your "About Me" section compelling and exciting. (Make the visitor want to become part of your team)
  3. Only ever advertise your BAR form URL when advertising for Avon Representatives. (If you advertise your PRP URL you are at risk of losing leads through them clicking away from your page)

Avon have done away with paper work and agreements and have opted in for a full online appointment.

A simple system that works fast and efficiently, take a look;

How to appoint your Avon Representative Online

  1. Login to your Avon Sales Leadership account
  2. Click on My Team Office tab
  3. Click the Leads tab
  4. Click Appoint and finish of the BAR form the Avon Representative filled in earlier.

Remember you need to see their 2 pieces of I.D before you continue with the appointment and ensure you ask if they have lived at the address less than 2 years.  If the answer is no, you must fill in their previous address.

Other information to remember is; The campaign they are starting in and have they done Avon before?
