If you are lucky enough to be one of our Top 50 Representatives with the highest Award Sales, you're in for the trip of a lifetime! We take this exclusive group on a luxury holiday to a fabulous destination where there will be excellent training days and events taken place. Recent destinations have included Morocco, Portugal and a cruise around the Mediterranean.
TOP 50 HOLIDAY INCENTIVE RULES

  • This incentive runs from Campaign 1 2011 to Campaign 18 2011.
  • All UK Independent Avon Representatives, excluding those Representatives who are also Avon employees, temporary workers, agency staff or contractors, are eligible to participate in this incentive. New Representatives must be appointed by the end of Campaign 5 2011 to be eligible. If you do not meet the criteria specified then your participation will not be deemed valid.
  • The top 50 performing Representatives based on award sales will be invited on the Top 50 Holiday ("the holiday").
  • In order to be eligible to go on the holiday successful Representatives must still be Avon Representatives and their accounts must not be overdue at the time of being awarded the holiday.
  • A President's Club Representative must be actively engaged as a Representative at the time the holiday takes place.
  • All Award Sales* from Campaigns 1-18 2011 inclusive will count towards the Top 50 Holiday Incentive 2011.
  • Results will be communicated campaignly via the Representative website up until Campaign 16 2011.
  • The cost of any goods ordered that are not available will not be added to Award Sales. Where product supply levels deteriorate substantially Avon may, at its absolute discretion, consider waiving this rule as a gesture of goodwill.
  • Bulk orders of more than 500 units of any single product in one campaign and orders which are not supplied to physical persons, may, in Avon's absolute discretion, be excluded from this incentive.
  • All returned products will be credited to your Avon account and deducted from your Award Sales total in the campaign of claim. The value of products returned by Representatives at any time after the end of 2011 may be reviewed by Avon and Avon expressly reserves the right to deduct the value of such products from Award Sales for the Top 50 Holiday Incentive 2011 if Avon, in its absolute discretion, determines that there has been any malpractice or manipulation of results.
  • The Representative account details held by Avon are final and will be used to measure the results.
  • The holiday will take place early in 2012, details to be confirmed by Avon at a later date.
  • In cases where a qualifying Representative is unable to attend the holiday there is no alternative to the holiday offered. No cash alternative will be provided. The holiday is non-transferable.
  • Avon expressly reserves the right to alter the incentive in any way, and at any time, should the need arise, including cancelling or withdrawing the incentive altogether and/or changing the holiday destination and/or venue.
  • Avon reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to review a Representative's accounts and to disqualify a Representative if it determines that the Representative's account is being operated in an unsatisfactory manner at the time of qualifying, and/or to disqualify a Representative from this incentive for any behaviour it deems inappropriate.
  • Avon reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify Representatives, withhold or cancel the holiday in the event that Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been malpractice, or manipulation of results in order to achieve the incentive levels throughout the incentive period.
  • Should there be a tie for 50th place Avon reserves the right to increase the number of participants to 51.
  • Successful Representatives will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.
  • All participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By taking part in this incentive, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may render participation ineligible.
  • Avon Representatives are required to uphold the Avon Values at all times, including in relation to this incentive and the holiday received by successful Representatives.
  • Avon's decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Promoter: Avon Cosmetics Limited, Nunn Mills Road, Northampton, NN1 5PA ("Avon").
  • Award Sales means the value of all products that have been supplied by Avon to the Avon Representative including brochures, samples and sales aids, discount and VAT.

How to plan for Avon's Presidents Club Membership

Planning your way to Presidents Club membership with Avon is crucial to your success.

Building up a loyal customer base is your first target.

Without Avon Customers you have no Avon business.

To help you plan how you're going to achieve President's Club in 2011, we've developed a simple calculator.
 
  • Just enter your year to date sales and the campaign you achieved this in.
  • The calculator will then tell you how much more sales you need to qualify for President's Club as well as a guide as to how you might achieve this in the remaining campaigns.
  • You can also enter the number of customers that you have and the calculator will tell you what their average customer spend will need to be.

You will also start earning Star Points straight away - you can redeem them for gifts for loved ones, or treat yourself.

The Benefits for Presidents Club Members

The programme of Gold, Silver & Bronze membership runs from campaigns 1-18.  Associate membership is available for all new Avon Representatives achieving qualification award sales in their first 18 campaigns.  Associate members should then move on to full membership in their first full year campaigns 1-18.

President's club qualification is based on your Avon Award Sales achievement.  There are four levels of membership: Associate, Bronze, Silver & Gold.  Each level brings it's own fantastic benefits; for more information take a look at the image provided (click on it to enlarge it)

You will also find more details on the website www.avon.uk.com and by speaking to your Area Sales Manager or your Sales Leader.

What are the Avon star points?

Star Points are awarded when you qualify as a Bronze Presidents Club member.  you can build your star points by growing your Avon award sales within each level.

Star points can be exchanged for a huge range of fantastic prizes from cuddly toys to televisions to vouchers for stores and activities.  They can even be "cashed in" and used to pay off part or all of your Avon account balance.

Associate members are not eligible for Star Points.

The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade
The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade was launched in 1992 as a small pioneering program in the U.K. Avon in the U.S. adopted the Crusade the following year. Over the last 18 years, Avon philanthropy has raised and donated more than $700 million to breast cancer programs around the world, supporting cutting-edge research to find a cure for or prevent breast cancer as well as programs that enable all patients to access quality care.

Funding supports awareness and education: screening and diagnosis; access to treatment; support services; and scientific research. Beneficiaries of the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade range from leading cancer research and clinical centers to community-based, non-profit breast health education programs.

Numerous Avon Crusade programs raise funds and awareness for the cause including the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Series, the Avon Walk Around the World for Breast Cancer, and Crusade Pink Ribbon fundraising products.

While we remain steadfast in our commitment to find a cure, we are proud to have supported tremendous progress over the last 18 years in research and care:

  • Educated 105,000,000 women worldwide on breast health through community-based and grassroots outreach since 1992
  • Linked 15,000,000 women worldwide to early detection programs and mammography screening
  • Provided $175-million to breast cancer research projects since 1999, including most recently more than $25 million for 41 research projects focused on primary prevention, understanding the etiology and potential causes of breast cancer and developing a blood or saliva test for early detection
  • Forged new collaborations among nonprofit groups, government and industry by the Avon Foundation hosting the first-ever Collaborative Summit on Breast Cancer
  • Love/Avon Army of Women accelerates the pace of breast cancer prevention research by enlisting women - healthy women who have never had breast cancer and survivors - in this effort.  Through 2010 the Army of Women has recruited 340,000 women, launched 35 research studies, and had more than 43,000 Army of Women members respond to requests for volunteers.  Most studies utilizing the Army of Women resource are able to identify enough eligible volunteers within 48 hours to one week to fulfill their volunteer requirements and move the study forward.

A woman is diagnosed with breast cancer every three minutes in the United States and it remains the most commonly diagnosed form of cancer worldwide.  You can help us save lives by getting involved.

Love/Avon Army of Women
The Love/Avon Army of Women is a research initiative seeking women who are willing to consider volunteering for breast cancer research.  All women over the age of 18 are eligible including:  healthy women who have never had breast cancer, women at high risk and breast cancer survivors.  Since launching Love/Avon Army of Women in 2008, more than 325,000+ women have signed up.  And the number continues to grow!  Scientists report that this platform is accelerating the pace of research to better understand the causes of breast cancer and how to prevent the disease.
