Avon Sales Leader Highfive incentive

Introducing the new Avon Sales Leader Highfive incentive, allowing you to potentially earn £605+ for recruiting Representatives that place orders over MOV in campaigns 2 - 4 2015. That could mean earnings of £1210 and over!

Invest in your Avon business and you will be rewarded

Forget about the loss of the £5.60 reimbursement fee for the brochures used; with this incentive, even if you only manage to get 2 representatives to place orders in LOA 1 above the MOV, that's still £15 per Avon Representative, giving you £30 extra earnings! Straight away you have made your money back, and you're not even into campaign 3 - 4's LOA 2's.

Recruit into Campaign 2 or 3, and you will get up to £55 for each LOA1. The Avon Sales Leader Highfive incentive is split into 2 opportunities:

Opportunity 1

Make sure you recruit in Campaign 2 and Campaign 3, the more Reps you habe placing a first order at MOV or above, the more you will earn. You could earn up to £55 for every Rep placing a first order in Campaign 2 and Campaign 3.

Opportunity 2

Here you have a second opportunity to earn with this Avon Sales Leader Highfive incentive. Make sure your Representatives who have placed a first order in Campaign 2 and 3 are placing a second order above MOV in Campaign 3 and Campaign 4. To put it simply, if your Avon LOA1's turn into Avon LOA2's in Camapign 3 or 4, you will further your earnings by how many LOA2's place their orders. Here is an example:

You sign up 14 LOA 1's in campaign 2 - 3. 9 of them LOA 1's place an order over MOV. This means, as part of opportunity 1, you will earn £405! Next comes opportunity 2. You will now coach and help your 9 successful LOA 1's to place an LOA 2 order over MOV. Let's say 8 of them place an order over MOV. You will earn an additional £360! By the end of it, you will have earnt an extra £765.

Useful things to introduce your new Reps to

POB is great for sharing the brochure online to all of your friends and family of social media pages like Facebook and Twitter. It is a great and easy way to get orders and it's simple to use.

Suggest to them where they can find new customers. Whether they work part time in a shop or just pop to the local shop, suggest to them that they could ask the girl behind the counter if she would be interested in the brochure, and so on.

Hosting an Avon Party is bound to increase your sales within your Avon business. The beauty of hosting your own party means you choose the style which reflects your customers and yourself the most. So, make it your own and earn money at the same time!

Planning your Avon Party

Define "Avon Party": When you have Avon products, brochures, order forms and people all together in the same room!

As you know, your Avon Party can be whatever you make it. Here are a few successful ideas:

  • Having a few people round for a morning coffee
  • A childrens afternoon play date where the moms get together, too
  • Afternoon tea and cake with friends
  • Girly nights in, pyjama party
  • An evening with Cocktails and Canapes

But, it really is up to you. If you have another idea, then stick to it and make it work for you! The options are truly endless.

All a theme does is create excitement. You could also choose to theme around different times of the year – Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Mothers/Fathers Day.

Inviting people can be done however you want to do it too, you can make special invitations to put out with your Avon customers brochure, text them or ring them, advertise it on Facebook, and even eMail them. Whatever works best for your customers.

Tip: if you are inviting your customers, they are probably more likely to come if they can invite a friend. This way, they will feel more relaxed and of course it can mean extra orders for you.

This is a great way to get yourself new customers and to get to know your customers on a higher level. They will invite their friends and family and do a lot of the preparation for you. To get repeat sales and a good reputation for Avon Parties, you should give your host a free gift for the effort they have put in, or a discount off their order. You should help with the planning and offer the correct tools and recourses; here is a check list to make sure you have covered everything:

Like the list says, you should have a variety of products, brochures, order forms and samples available at your Avon Party:

Products - having products available for the guests to see is a great way for them to try out and have a look at what they could potentially buy. It shows them the great quality of Avon products, and it adds the perfect touch to any Avon party.

Brochures - when your guests have chosen what they would like to order, they are most likely going to want to order again from you. This means you will have the correct brochure on hand, and also the current brochure on hand for them to order from.

Order forms - This is for the obvious purpose of letting your guests write down what they would like to purchase and allows you to keep track of what to order on order day. Your order form should have your contact details on so the customer can write them down. When someone orders let them know their delivery date.

Samples - Samples are a great way to keep the guests thinking about Avon as they leave. They might try it, love it and add it straight to their order! Why not give them two and ask them to pass one to a friend? You may end up with an extra order.

Avon Skin so Soft dry oil spray, which you might also know as Woodland fresh, is a Best Seller and one that you won't want to be without during the summer and whilst on holiday. The oil is totally dry and does not leave any marks or smudges on your clothes. It helps soften your skin and is best applied after a bath or shower whilst the skin is slightly damp as this locks in the moisture. There is a very pleasant woody smell and the oil is clear. If you want a fresh 'just stepped out of the shower' smell this is pretty close. It contains citronella which is a lemon smell and which helps to repel insects. "THEY are famed for their ability to operate at sea, in the jungle or in the Arctic wastes and freezing cold of Norway. Battles throughout the centuries have won the Royal Marine Commandos a reputation as one of the world's elite fighting forces.

And as the last line of security in guarding Britain's nuclear weapons, they are pivotal to the Defence of the Realm.

But it appears that on the home front our toughest soldiers are prepared to pander to their softer side to combat Scotland's most persistent foe: the midge.

For years the Marines at Faslane who guard nuclear missiles and the submarines capable of firing them have looked for an answer. They've finally found it in a brand of women's skin cream.

Instead of using mosquito repellent issued by their unit, soldiers and workers at the base are buying Avon body lotion to repel midges on the West Coast. The company traditionally associated with images of well-dressed women selling cosmetics door-to-door is experiencing an unexpected boom thanks to the pesky insect. Neil Smith, a Royal Navy spokesman at HMS Clyde, near Helensburgh, said: "It's not official kit but nothing works better and the Marines are buying it themselves because the midges are so bad up there."

The wonder cure is a 5 bottle of dry oil body spray from Avon's Skin So Soft range. The midge problem at the base where Trident missiles and Vanguard submarines are stationed is so bad it recently installed a MidgeEater machine at the front gate. Workers at the camp can often be seen wearing midge nets on their heads.

Royal Marines are also taking the skin cream on field training exercises outside the base. But although it is the answer to their prayers, they have not been able to buy it at the local chemist.

Smith said: "There has been a lot of group buying because you can only get the stuff from Avon. Some buy it online and others are ordering it through local Avon ladies."

A stores sergeant at 45 Commando, based at Arbroath, said: "There is nothing effeminate about it. The reason the Nods [Marines] are using it is because it is good kit. It works. It's as simple as that."

It is thought that the oily base of the body spray is the ingredient that repels midges. Made with shea butter and vitamins, Avon's packaging boasts that it will "ensure your skin feels velvety soft, hour after hour"."

Dangerous DEET

Most insect repellants out there are loaded with toxic chemicals, including the pesticide DEET, which is so poisonous that even the Environmental Protection Agency says you should wash it off your skin when you return indoors, avoid breathing it in and not spray it directly on your face. I recently had Avon's Skin So Soft Dry Oil Spray recommended to me as I was going on holiday. It's a dry oil body spray and after shower moisturizer.
It can be used to remove makeup.
Great tanning oil (no sunscreen).
Hot oil treatment to soften cuticles.
Great massage oil for tired muscles.
Cleans off tape marks left from bandages on skin.

Helps relieve itching caused by dry skin.

Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner like always and after it dries.... Use a pea-sized dab of SSS and rub it in your hair. It goes straight in and leaves hair as shiny as the ads on TV, not greasy at all, just soft and shiny.

Use Dry oil towelettes -- cover window sill with towelettes to keep ants out.
(LICE) Sometimes, using a Dry oil, like Avon's SSS, will work to loosen the glue, which holds the nits to the hair. There is a product called Neon Nits, which when sprayed on the hair, will highlight the nits so you can see them to then snip them out with a small scissors.
If you have psoriasis on your elbows, try rubbing Avon's SSS Dry oil spray onto affected areas.
Mix Dry oil with your bath water, very relaxing and gets rid of dry skin.
Sponge it around doors, windows, and on screens to keep crawling bugs out.
It's a good wood cleaner and conditioner for natural wood.
It removes price tag and label glue from glass, metals, and most plastics.
It removes soap scum from shower doors and curtains, and bathroom and kitchen figures.
It removes lime and hard water deposits from fixtures, tile, shower doors and windows.
It's an oil lubricant for fitting pipe joints that won't slip together.

Use it to discourage hornets from building their nests. After using a hornet killing spray, remove the nest and keep the area sprayed with SSS. They will not rebuild there.

Use it on your air conditioning screen (filter)--your incoming air will smell fresher and the filter is easier to clean.
Rub all over windowsills to keep ants out.
It cleans paintbrushes easily and leaves them soft as new.
It removes gum from carpets.
It removes scuff-marks from patent leather shoes.
Use it on running rails for sliding glass doors and windows.
It removes "ring around the collar".
It removes liquid nail (panelling glue).

Two glass bowls or glasses stuck together? Drizzle a little SSS down the sides and they'll come apart easily.
It removes candle wax from furniture, carpets and clothing.
Bird Feeders: To deter bees try rubbing SSS on the feeder surface by the feeder ports.
Maggots too!! Apply SSS inside the can and lid, then later, flush with soapy water. You shouldn't have any maggots for the rest of the summer!
It is a great furniture polish!
Put SSS in one of those insecticide sprayers on the garden hose. Spray the back yard! This will cut down on ants, mosquitoes and fleas!
Spray it on your prized roses and even on flowers you place at the cemetery. Keeps both bugs and animals from eating the flowers.
Kills spiders.
It cuts grease and cleans dirt from range hoods.
Add a capful to wash water of clothes...acts as a fabric softener and keeps the bugs off clothes.
Spray on orchids and other flowers for moisture and to keep bugs away.
Cleans baseball caps. Just spray on and rub with toothbrush.
Mix one part SSS and 2 parts water and spray on your tomato plants every 2-3 days to keep tomato worms off.
SSS Dry oil also does a great job cleaning cherry wood cabinets.
Put a little in your mopping water to help keep crawling bugs out. (Not too much or the floor gets slippery.)
Use to clean windows.
Removes crayon from most surfaces.
Screens can be lightly sprayed with Avon SSS to repel no-see-'ums and tiny gnats that otherwise might slip though the screens
Another use for SSS is it will kill those pesky earwigs. Spray it on & they don't return to life.
Also if you ever make candles, use clear melted wax and put SSS in as it harden. Works great for outdoor use to keep the mosquitoes away.
As a deodorizer, spray into air and let settle, kills those nasty pet orders.
Kids’ rooms if a child wets the bed, spray the bedding and sheets before washing and will give it a fresh clean smell.

It's a great insect repellent for your pet. (As recommended in "Outdoor Life" and "Field and Stream").
Mix 5 parts water, 1 part SSS and mist on animals. Brushing it in makes their coats gleam and keeps insects off so the animals don't fidget in the show ring.
Mix in your pet's bath water. It takes the fleas off of them...and in between sprays them with the same mixture as in #2 to help keep them off.
Rub on your hands before and after working with your pets and farm animals. It will remove the strong smells.
Black Fly Spray For Dogs: Use as a spray or a dip. 1 cup SSS, 1/2 cup liquid detergent and 3 gallons of water.
For dogs dry skin mix 1 tablespoon of SSS per gallon of water and use as an after bath rinse. Or spritz your pet's coat once per week.
If your dog should get tar or asphalt on the pads of their feet rub on SSS and then wipe off.
Flea Bath: Use a flea and tick shampoo. Rinse, rinse, and rinse so no soap residue is left. Follow with final rinse of 2 gallons of water mixed with flea dip and 1 capful of SSS. The SSS helps replace the oils lost in bathing and has the added benefit of repelling insects.
Flea Repellent: Avon's SSS Dry oil. 1-1/2 ounces per gallon of water; used as a sponge-on dip (or as a spritz) has been tested and proven to have significant, but not complete, flea-repellent activity for a 6-day period. It should help those dry coats, too.
If you have a Chow, they are notorious for dry, flaky skin. Add SSS Dry oil on their skin and it does wonders!
Horses Cats and Dogs; 1-cup Avon SSS 1-cup white vinegar 1-cup (or more) water 5 cc of essential oil of citronella (from the health food store NOT the type you burn to keep insects away that is available in a drug store) Mix in a spray bottle. Straight SSS works well for mosquito’s too but really makes your dog greasy.
Barns and farm areas; Use a diluted mix of Avon SSS in water and spray on barn walls and floors to discourage insects from hanging around or to eliminate them before putting in the new bedding.
Avon's SSS Dry oil massaged directly into the skin of your Rottweiler acts not only as a successful repellent and makes their dogs smell good but helps prevent drying and itchy skin.
A natural way to help cats with flea problems and flea allergies is to rub Skin So Soft into the skin. Once a bug, always a bug. Fleas don't like it either! Spread the word!
Cats: SSS Dry oil IS SAFE FOR FUR LICKING
Use the Dry oil, and rub it into the skin, not more than every few days. Cats can be sensitive so just be careful. Common sense is the rule

SSS Dry oil can be used as a hoof polish. This will put a nice shine to the hoof without drying it.
SSS Dry oil can be used as a muzzle, eye, and ear enhancer. Using SSS Dry oil works great and still helps keep bugs away.
When braiding your horses manes use SSS Dry oil. It seems to help hold the braids a lot better and they don't try to rub them out.
It removes tar spots from the car without damage to the paint.
Use it to clean vinyl dashboards, seats, and tops. It not only cleans, but also keeps it soft and helps to prevent any cracking.
After washing your car, use it as a tire dressing to keep them looking like new.
Put some on a small washcloth and leave in the car to help keep the air fresh and clean.
Wipe down vinyl surfaces inside your car. Cleans nicely and removes smoke odours left by cigarette smokers.
It gently cleans heavy grease and oil from skin and nonporous surfaces (great for Mechanic's Hands).
It removes tree sap.
Prior to traveling...rub SSS on headlights and grill. It makes insects and bugs easier to remove.
Open a towelettes and use as an automotive air freshener.
So there you have it, Skin so Soft which first launched in 1961 making it Avon's most recognised brand and product worldwide!

The last time I wrote a blog regarding how much we earnt believe it or not was only 10 days ago. We do not do this kind of blog regularly, and you might see that the last one before the last was written December 11th, 2013.

Now we have brand new, record high, Avon earnings... Is it £13.5k? Nope. Is it £14k? No! Is it £15k? Just a tickle more!...

We are unbelievably excited about our newest achievement, and can't wait to see next years results already. We could not be more proud of our fantastic Avon Team GBR team - every single one of you has helped us get this far, and in return, we want to do the same for you.

Did you know, we went from being in the bottom 1% of earners in the uk (or even lower, as the bottom 1% of earners get roughly £7,654) to being in the top 1% of earners in the uk by earning more than £147,000 a year?

Back in December 2012, we hit a milestone of our first ever 5 digit wage packet. This was when we first earnt £10,000 and now just 2 years later we have increased by 50%!

For an even better chance to win 1 of 555 prizes, you can earn yourself 5 more entries. To do this, you need to achieve £555 in Award Sales in Campaign 1, Campaign 2 and Campaign 3 2015 (Campaign 3, Campaign 4 and Campaign 5 for Trendsetter President's Club Representatives). Each Campaign must include one regular order or one express delivery order with a value of £55 or more. Please note that this is exclusive to President's Club members only.

If you are President's Club Representative who has taken part in the PC Bonus, you have the chance to gain an additional 5 entries into the Mega Prize Draw. The highfive Mega Prize Draw will take place during Campaign 5 2015 (Campaign 7 2015, if you're a Trendsetter Representative). Avon cosmetics will be notifying us of the exact time and date via your Representative website, email, mymessage and invoice message. The winners of our other 550 prizes will be posted on the Representative Hub shortly after!

What orders qualify within the incentive?

The following orders are applicable within the incentive period:

  1. Regular Orders with a value of £55 or more (includes Brochure and First Look order)
  2. Express Delivery Orders with a value of £55 or more
  3. Early Orders with a value of £55 or more (applicable to Gold and Silver President’s Club Representatives only)

Please note:

  1. Any First Look items that are ordered but not charged until a later date outside of the incentive period will be excluded from your Campaign order value. For example, if there's a Money Maker in First Look 5 2015, this will not be included as you will not be charged until Campaign 5 2015 (which is not within the qualifying incentive period).
  2. The value of your order must still be £55 or above from each of your qualifying orders after returns from the qualifying order have been deducted. Returns will be monitored throughout the incentive period.
